Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various locations to set up and optimize sustainable DC systems.
  • Design and maintain efficient PoE networks for building systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve network and control system challenges using tools such as Wireshark and Fluke meters.
  • Effectively communicate project progress and technical support information to team members.
  • Conduct product testing and integration assessments in the office before deployment.
  • Oversee the organization and management of pre-commissioning products.
  • Offer both on-site and remote technical assistance and facilitate system enhancements for existing projects.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training on emerging DC technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in networking and low-voltage systems.
  • Strong skills in analysis and problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
  • Expertise in network setup and troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel to different project sites throughout the year.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with traditional low-voltage systems is a plus.
  • Certifications like Cisco CCNP/CCNA or BICSI Installer/Technician are advantageous.
