Job Description
The candidate must have experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules and must excel in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and mapping data to and from legacy systems and third-party interface systems. The candidate must have hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules as a functional business analyst, as well as core business analyst skills, including conducting meetings to identify requirements, system documentation, and performing end-to-end system testing. Other duties may be assigned based on project needs, and some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase.
The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a large remote team.
Other duties include documentation, performing hands-on system testing, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed. Some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase.
Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central
This is currently a remote position but could become hybrid and require some time in the main office. Specific days will be negotiated at that time.
Required skills:
8 Years of Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
8 Years of Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
8 Years of Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
8 Years of Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
8 Years of (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
8 Years of (at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
Preferred skills:
4 Years of Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
2 Years of Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
2 Years of Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
2 Years of Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
2 Years of Experience with SharePoint
1 Year of Experience with Jira
1 Year of Experience working with the Scrum framework
