Pay Range: $29 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training: 8 AM 5 PM PST 3-weeks (No time off during the training)
  • Shift: 8 AM 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri)
  • Strategic Business Operations is accountable for several cross-functional areas for the organization, including activities within Provider Operations like ensuring accurate Medicaid/CHIP provider registration and provider directory accuracy, business analysis which focuses on ensuring accurate and reliable documentation for stakeholders for a distinct set of projects.
  • This position operates with a high level of autonomy working with a cross-functional group and will have the support of leadership to achieve key objectives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically beyond task completion by offering ideas, making recommendations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Leverage all communication channels to complete assignments. For example- Teams, email, and phone calls/meetings.
  • Research, analyze and document based on project needs.
  • Make recommendations based on analysis and ongoing research and monitoring.
  • Create formal documentation based on the business needs.
  • Present to leadership.
  • Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and engage with them to learn more about the business and the business needs to solve problems.
  • Meeting or exceeding project deadlines and conforming to documentation and team standards ensuring high quality submissions.
  • Provider Data Accuracy. Process implementation (including data analysis and recommendations), improvement and documentation. Ownership and monitoring of key processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Requirements Gathering and Documentation is required.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization is required.
  • Decision Making and Communication is required.
  • 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
