Skills and experience: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Office, Active Directory (on-prem), Power Apps, Power Automate, Meraki, ERP systems, iOS, printer configuration.
Preferable but not necessary: SQL database, cyber security, power shell, router/switch configuration, network/SSID configuration.
This is a Tech 1 level service desk position, contract to hire. I m ok with bringing someone in that is in the beginning of their career or just starting out. However, my unicorn candidate needs to have strong interpersonal skills, high regard for customer service, sharp and quick to learn. I d much rather train the perfect person, than blow our minds with all the tech skills. Culture is very important me. Social skills and the ability to interact well with others is what will set the right person aside for the position.
