Job Details

Key Responsibilities

•Document and maintain MES Modelling process.

•Configure the MES System to meet business needs.

•Implement the MES Modelling solution, integrated with other key factories and business systems, for our customers

•Support MES Modelling and help set up an offshore support model in APAC.

•Guide the team to navigate issues and partner with teams beyond MES including EA and Tool software teams

•Present technical information to customers including technical contributors and managers.

•Create, evolve and implement MES Modelling application training and/or demonstrations

•Knowledge base contribution/management

•Deep engagement with internal customers and end users.

•Works with user-focused groups to define self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.

•Support the functional architecture for multiple processes in a semiconductor lab and applications supporting them that are beyond EA and MES.

•To Support Global business per their time zones.

•Develop support metrics and work with management on the KPIs

•Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope

•Review the UAT test case and work with business and execution team closely to sign off on release.

 

Qualification / Skills

•Fluent in English Writing, Listening. Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

•Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

•Proven experience in / Functional Knowledge of an MES system, FactoryWorks MES is required

•Prior working experience in the semiconductor industry or semiconductor knowledge will be preferred.

Education & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree and at least a year of product or project development experience

•Experience of working on a MES solution and /or Semiconductor space.

•Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles

•Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g. dashboards, APIs, real time alerts, etc.
