We seek a seasoned Business Analyst or Scrum Product Owner working in a product-focused environment.

  • 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Product Owner working in a product-focused environment.
  • Ability to lead and manage large group sessions (10 - 20 stakeholders), keeping discussions organized and productive. Should be able to diplomatically direct discussions using analysis artifacts to keep workshops on track while extracting meaningful information to turn into requirements.
  • Understanding both Agile and waterfall practices is critical along with the ability to navigate a hybrid approach. The goal is to transform into an Agile environment, but the team knows that transformation doesn't happen overnight.
  • Proficiency in using BPMN with Lucidchart/Lucidspark/Visio to map out processes and tie requirements back to business needs. Experience with specific tools is not critical but must be familiar with similar software.
  • Ability to create accurate and succinct epics and user stories, along with appropriate acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with agile scrum teams and collaborating with developers to refine user stories into build-ready requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey requirements and collaborate with stakeholders, some of whom are quite tenured and opinionated.

U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
