Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and coordinate critical projects onsite in Nashville, TN. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, aligning resources, overseeing delivery milestones, and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams

• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet goals

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Define and manage transition milestones and coordinate across departments

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively

• Track project budgets and ensure financial accountability

• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution

• Drive accountability within the team while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, frameworks, and practices

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong skills in budgeting, resource planning, and project tracking

• Experience in vendor management and contract coordination

• Ability to lead with assertiveness, while maintaining a collaborative and respectful tone

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
