Description

Wells Fargo is continuing its multi-year Identity and Access Management (IAM) modernization journey. The latest phase includes implementing SailPoint to replace or integrate legacy IGA systems. A new AI-enabled application called Access Point will serve as the enterprise-wide IAM request portal, interfacing with SailPoint and legacy systems. Hires will be placed into development teams based on skill fit, supporting either Access Point or legacy modernization efforts.


Full-stack balance: Strong backend (Java + Spring Boot microservices) and frontend (React.js + Angular).
Cloud-native experience: AWS services (Lambda, EKS, Cognito, S3, DynamoDB) plus CI/CD pipelines.
Event-driven systems: Kafka or similar streaming/event platforms.
Security-first mindset: JWT, OAuth2, Kerberos, tokenization, secure API design.
Database versatility: Comfort with both relational (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).
