ERP Manager - D365 F&O

Vaco is looking for an ERP Manager, specifically experienced with D365 F&O, to join the team of a growing manufacturing company in the Dallas area. This position will consist of implementing, managing, maintaining, and optimizing the D365 platform and will require candidates to be a hands on manager with 4-5 direct reports.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and remote, but candidates based in Texas are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with D365 F&O leading the functional design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions




• Must have experience with various D365 F&O modules with heavier experience on the SCM side




• SCM -- Purchasing, Quality, Inventory Production, Production Planning, Logistics, etc.


• Finance -- GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, etc.


• Project Operations -- Contracts, Accounting, Resource Management, etc.




• Background as a Solution Architect and Product Owner




• Experience designing and implementing business solutions with integrations and migrations


• Experience determining and gathering implicit and explicit needs and requirements from stakeholders


• Must be able to to engage and influence developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes


• Experience creating business documentation (Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc.)


• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports (driving work, coaching and developing team memebers, completing performance reviews, etc.)


• Advanced knwoledge of agile development methodologies (hands on Azure DevOps experience)
