Description
Summary:
In this role, the successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support applications for Commercial Digital business segment and lead other developers.
To be successful the candidate must be driven and well-organized, strong leadership skill along with learning and multi-tasking abilities. It is essential for the individual to be self-motivated and tenacious, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and complete tasks on agreed schedules.
The team will look to this individual to lead in the production releases, perform research and to aid in the resolution of production incident tickets and the completion of design, development, and integration activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with other developers and architects to develop the various Frontend UI components using Angular or ReactJS via an Agile product model working in 2-week Sprints.
Lead the design and review of technical design of component software features.
Lead the analysis and review of epics, features, and user stories.
Participate in all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo/Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
Lead the code reviews and the integration testing of solutions.
Develop software in an Agile environment leveraging DevOps for environment setup, automated builds, continuous deployment, continuous integration, and automated testing.
Will be able to perform technical assignments independently, as well as, in large team settings.
Will show drive and interest in learning new systems, applications, technologies, and process.
Will show an understanding of the industry standards and practices and the knowledge of technical industry trends as they apply to Huntington.
Lead the production releases as scheduled.
Lead the debugging and resolution of issues found during testing.
Work collaboratively with other technical teams as needed.

Compensation Range:
$70,000-$140,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional programming experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, information systems, math, engineering, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with front end web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS
- 5+ years' experience with code repositories like Git/GitHub
- 3+ years of experience with unit testing framework like Jest, Enzyme, Mocha or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience developing application interfaces (API) with Java or similar object-oriented languages.
- 3+ years of Java development including experience with the Spring Framework, Eclipse, Maven/Gradle.
- 3+ year of experience of DevOps and (CID/CD) continuous integration and continuous deliver
- 3+ year of experience in cloud-based solutions like Google Cloud Platform or AWS
