Job Details

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role will support critical SAP S/4HANA implementation efforts, working closely with stakeholders to deliver robust production planning (PP) and quality management (QM) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on configuration experience to support a multi-site, global SAP rollout.

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM consulting.

  • Minimum 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations with hands-on configuration experience.

  • Strong knowledge of core SAP PP processes including:

    • Master Data (Materials, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Variant Configuration)

    • Planning and Forecasting (MRP)

    • Production Processes (Standard, Remanufacturing, Repetitive, Kanban)

    • Capacity Planning and MES Integration

    • Order Management, Execution, Confirmation, WIP, Settlement

    • Cross-module integration with SD, MM, and FICO (Product Costing)

  • Proficiency in SAP QM processes including:

    • Quality Info Records, Inspection Plans, Results Recording

    • Usage Decisions, Inventory Movements, Scrap Management
