The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:

Summary of Role:

RTX is seeking a Hybrid Identity Protection Engineer. This role falls into the Directory Management Protection team, working with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise-wide solutions. This role is responsible for securing the management, patching, support, maintenance, and recovery of multiple Active Directory domains, Entra ID cloud environments, LDAP Directory Services, and the tools supporting them. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, and participating in program / project calls.

What You Will Do
  • Installation, customization, configuration, currency, and support of Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP Directory Services support and governance tools
  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
  • Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement
  • Oversee production releases
  • Monitor delivery against SLAs
  • Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
  • Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
  • Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • 3+ years of Active Directory experience, or
  • 3+ years of Entra ID experience, or
  • 3+ years of LDAP Directory Services experience

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills
  • Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work without management direction and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance.
  • Other Desired Technology Skills: One Identity Active Roles, Quest GPOADmin, threat assessment tools, MFA implementation, Privileged Access Management, Just in time, PIM, least privilege, Role Based Access Controls, scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Ansible, Bash, etc)
