    • Use statistical modeling and data science techniques to detect patterns and anomalies.
    • Build automated pipelines and reusable scripts (e.g., Python) to support analytics workflows.
  • Reporting & Visualization
    • Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards to visualize real-time and historical performance data (Grafana, Tableau).
    • Produce customized reports for internal product teams, senior stakeholders and performance review board.
    • Present findings in clear, concise formats to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and Capacity Planning for high-availability, mission-critical systems.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, modeling, and statistical techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, Multicast) and distributed systems.
  • Proven experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Splunk).
  • Deep understanding of low-latency, high-throughput environments, preferably in financial trading or similarly demanding domains.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience
  • Experience supporting electronic trading platforms or high-frequency trading systems.
  • Familiarity with capacity planning tools, time series databases (snow flake), and observability platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior team members.
