Job Summary: The Senior Epic Analyst leads efforts in advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, change impact assessment, and enhancement delivery. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive quality support and optimization of Epic applications.

Clinical: Ambulatory, Clindoc, ASAP, Orders, MyChart,Optime, OTX, MyChart, Beacon, Stork
Ancillary: Willow IP, Willow Ambulatory, Radiant, Beaker, Cupid
RCM & Security: Security, GrandCentral ADT, Cadence, Prelude, PB, HB
Reporting: Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, Reporting workbench, SlicerDicer
Integration: Bridges, ECSM, Data Courier and EMFI
Roles and Responsibilities:
Clinical: Ambulatory, Clindoc, ASAP, Orders, MyChart,Optime, OTX, MyChart, Beacon, Stork
Ancillary: Willow IP, Willow Ambulatory, Radiant, Beaker, Cupid
RCM & Security: Security, GrandCentral ADT, Cadence, Prelude, PB, HB
Reporting: Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, Reporting workbench, SlicerDicer
Integration: Bridges, ECSM, Data Courier and EMFI
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform impact assessment and implement high-complexity changes and incidents
Handle issues requiring cross module collaboration
Handle escalations and major incident response.
Mentor junior analysts and lead knowledge transfer sessions.
Design and execute test plans for major upgrades and patches.
Drive configuration optimization and performance tuning.
Provide QA assurance for Epic build and configuration
Handle issues requiring cross module collaboration

Qualifications:
Active Epic certification in at least one module is mandatory
Technical bachelor's degree or a degree in healthcare informatics, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA.
Customer service orientation and a willingness to work closely with clinical staff.
