Job Description:
We are seeking a PeopleSoft Production Support Consultant to provide functional support for accounting and finance operations, ensuring smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, as well as audit support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily functional support to end-users in PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, BI, AR, AM, PC).
- Configure, test, and implement changes across multiple modules.
- Support month-end GL close, allocations, and financial report generation using nVision.
- Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using PeopleSoft Query.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for data discrepancies.
- Document business processes, configurations, and modifications.
- Support UAT and end-user training sessions.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, BI, AR, AM, PC).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis.
- Expertise with PeopleSoft Query and nVision reporting.
- Experience with month-end close processes and audit support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1, Oracle Cloud, BI Publisher, and integration tools.
- Professional certifications (CFA or equivalent) a plus.
