RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Contracts Manager/Business Operations Administrator for a 100% remote role.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Manager/Business Operations Administrator to support our procurement and business operations processes. This role focuses on managing the lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures-without engaging in contract negotiations or high-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review SOWs for accuracy in dates, financials, and scope details
* Initiate and manage the PO process, including generating and tracking request emails
* Ensure all contracts and related documentation align with established business processes
* Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure alignment of contract terms and timelines
* Maintain organized records of contracts and associated documentation
* Provide administrative support to streamline procurement workflows

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting contract administration and business operations
* Familiarity with accounting or finance processes; Comfort working with finance personnel and contract language
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in using standard office tools (e.g., Excel, email tracking, document management)
* Ability to follow defined processes and work collaboratively across departments
* Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems is a plus, but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
