We are collaborating with a forward-thinking company seeking a talented Lead Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyzing and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Translating business needs into precise functional and technical specifications.
  • Ensuring robust alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing test scripts across functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and coordinating with business users to validate solutions.
  • Documenting, tracking, and resolving defects in partnership with developers.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and QA testers.
  • Facilitating workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions with stakeholders.

The Right Person Has

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
  • Hands-on experience with test script creation and execution.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
