Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting modules and related functionalities. This role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions to meet client business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with HR and Talent Management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Journeys, and Recruiting Booster.
  • Design, document, and validate end-to-end Recruiting workflows and approval processes.
  • Develop and manage configuration changes, integrations, and extensions as needed.

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.
  • Conduct design workshops, configuration playback sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare detailed functional design documents and process flow documentation.

Integration & Data Migration

  • Collaborate with technical teams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, and HCM Extracts for data and process integrations.
  • Support data migration activities, validations, and reconciliation during implementation.

Testing, Deployment & Support

  • Lead testing efforts across SIT, UAT, and production deployment phases.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring smooth Recruiting operations.

Project Management & Reporting

  • Support project planning, status reporting, and progress tracking activities.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting workflows, candidate management, job requisition lifecycle, and approval processes.
  • Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and data migration tools.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with Apex webform development is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, functional design, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred (Recruiting Cloud specialization ideal).
