Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SRM Consultant with strong expertise in Extended Procurement processes to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. This role requires in-depth functional and technical knowledge of SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and its integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining system performance, managing change requests, resolving incidents, and supporting procurement teams to drive operational excellence and system stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SRM Extended Procurement processes.
Resolve incidents, analyze root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions within agreed SLAs.
Implement, configure, and test approved change requests and enhancements.
Collaborate with business users to understand procurement requirements and recommend process improvements.
Integrate SRM functionalities with backend systems (such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA) to ensure seamless data flow.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot functional or technical issues.
Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and system documentation.
Support knowledge transfer and user training as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SRM with emphasis on Extended Procurement functionality.
Solid understanding of procurement business processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier collaboration.
Experience with SRM-MDM integration and catalog management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in AMS or production support environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with SAP MM and integration between SRM and backend ERP.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori or UI5-based procurement applications.
Exposure to workflow management and approval processes.
