Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Telephony Infrastructure (Cisco, Avaya, MS Teams)
- Experience with video, content sharing and collaboration tools (MS Teams)
- Experience with voice and video infrastructure tools & components (Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking and network security stack (Web Proxy, SSL decryption )
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining: Workday dashboards, apps, reports, and integrations.
- Testing and troubleshooting: Workday integrations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Define business requirements and pain points with stakeholders in finance, human resources, accounting, payroll, and legal.
- contributing to data and analytics strategy: Contribute to and execute on the data and analytics strategy for human resources.
- Integrating Workday: Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems.
- Building collateral: Participate in knowledge capture sessions and help build HP delivery collateral.
- Adding new features: Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team by adding new features and workflows.
- Experience with Workday Integrations required which includes APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF.
- Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker and other areas such as Benefits.
- Sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred.
- Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information.
