About the Role
As a Project Coordinator supporting Smart Building implementations, you will play a key role in enabling successful project execution by supporting project managers in scheduling, logistics, reporting, and compliance tracking. You'll work in a dynamic, Agile environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in effective scheduling and timeline management
- Coordinate logistics across Smart Building implementation projects
- Support preparation and delivery of status reports to stakeholders
- Track and ensure compliance with relevant standards and protocols
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management support
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
- Direct experience supporting Smart Building projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
