Key Responsibilities:
- Workday HCM Talent & Performance Lead that drives the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Talent & Performance. Lead client meetings that drive to decision. Identify and update design documents, decision documents, and RAID items.
Provide functional expertise in annual performance cycles, goal setting, talent calibration, succession planning, and career development frameworks.
- At least one Workday Full-cycle implementation.
Support continuous improvement by analyzing system functionality, testing new features/releases, and recommending process enhancements.
Develop and deliver Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics related to talent and performance data.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment with other Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Workday HCM and Workday Talent & Performance certified
3+ years of hands-on Workday Talent & Performance configuration and support experience.
Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
Experience in Workday reporting (Advanced, Composite, Dashboards) and business process configuration.
Knowledge of Workday releases and ability to assess and adopt new features.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
