Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Architecture & Design: Lead the full lifecycle architecture and design of Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and business processes.
  • Dispatcher & Technician Management: Configure and optimize Dispatcher Management, Service Teams, and Technician setups in ServiceMax to enable intelligent scheduling, streamlined dispatch operations, and enhanced technician utilization.
  • ServiceMax Expertise: Work with core ServiceMax modules such as Data Guide, Installed Products, PM Plans, Service Contracts, SLAs, and Offline Clients; including mobile applications (FSA for iPad, FSA for Laptop, ServiceMax Go).
  • AI & Innovation: Explore and adopt emerging AI-driven ServiceMax features like predictive maintenance, intelligent scheduling, and service optimization.
  • Requirements & Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Define architectural standards, data security policies, and performance optimization strategies for ServiceMax and Salesforce platforms.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practice implementation.
  • Platform Awareness: Keep abreast of ServiceMax and Salesforce ecosystem updates and new technologies to influence strategic planning.
Required Skills
  • 4 5 years of hands-on ServiceMax experience (design, configuration, implementation).
  • Expertise in core ServiceMax functionalities: Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Entitlements & SLAs, Service Maintenance Contracts, Parts Orders, Inventory, Installed Products.
  • Experience in setup/design for ServiceBoard (Engineer Dispatch & Scheduling).
  • Experience with DataGuide (Field Engineer Automated Checklists).
  • ServiceMax Go! Mobile implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ServiceCloud and Salesforce Knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with business and IT leadership.
