Job Description Summary:
In the CFPMO we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trade flows and cash clearing processes, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The candidate will lead requirements definition sessions ensuring that the team articulates requirements and specifications. They will use their analyst skills and techniques, in consideration with the obtained requirements, and knowledge of the current ecosystem/platforms to formulate business and system requirements.
The Investment Business Analyst must have a solid background in the investment management domain including asset accounting and operations. It is preferred if the candidate has a technical leaning in their background to assist with business solution flows and integration point definition.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within investment operations, trade lifecycle, or cash clearing environments.
- Strong understanding of trade flow processes, including trade execution, clearing, and settlement.
- Familiarity with industry-standard clearing systems and tools (e.g., DTCC, SWIFT, Euroclear, etc.).
- Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cash clearing and investment operations is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CBAP, or PMP.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, or Tableau).
- Prior experience working on cash clearing automation or digital transformation projects.

- Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), workflows, and process models to support the project goals.
- Liaise with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis to track cash clearing processes, identify trends, and validate system outputs.
- Support testing activities, including developing test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
