Job Details

Our client is seeking a remote Consulting Project Manager, initially on a fractional basis (~15-20 hours weekly), with SAP Supply Chain Management experience within the Pharmaceutical industry. The initial length of assignment will be 6 months to start, with potential for one or multiple extensions. The Consulting Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Act as the Project Manager for the SAP SCM implementation from inception to go live and post production support; establish rapport and collaboratively work with stake holders, the Director, and the project team to understand and prioritize requirements, current state, and future state; develop and execute the implementation Project Plan, tying back to the already developed Roadmap; and manage project meetings, participants, minutes, and all related communication and documentation.

To be considered, you must have:

  • At least 7 - 10 years of IT Project Management experience with exposure to Agile / Scrum and / or SAP ASAP
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and GxP experience with past projects focused on implementing Supply Chain Management Solutions in Clinical and Commercial environments
  • Solid end to end understanding of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing systems and processes
  • Experience with any of the following are strong pluses: SAP Supply Chain, S4HANA, Veeva
  • Proven ability manage projects with little ramp up
  • IT Process experience: Requirements Management, Test Management, Change Management, Training, etc.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all channels of an organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to be onsite in Boston, MA for key workshops on occasion
