Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Specialist Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce and SiteTracker platforms. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design, development, integration, and data migration initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to align Salesforce and SiteTracker solutions with business goals.
- Gather requirements, design, and propose scalable, best-fit Salesforce and SiteTracker architectures.
- Define and establish integration, data model, and architectural standards ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Lead customization and development efforts on Salesforce and SiteTracker, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, middleware, and integrations.
- Develop ERDs and integration architectures supporting seamless data flow between Salesforce, SiteTracker, and external systems.
- Design and execute deployment and data migration plans for production releases.
- Set and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality across all deliverables.
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
- Strong understanding of SiteTracker and its integration with Salesforce.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, middleware integration (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and deployment automation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, ERDs, and integration architecture.
- Experience conducting code reviews, defining coding standards, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- SiteTracker certification (if applicable)
