Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Capital Markets - Heavy experience working in and supporting regulatory programs
- Strong Understanding of risk concepts
- Data Analysis and governance - Data modeling, ensuring data quality, ensuring reporting is accurate
- Business Analyst Skills - Ability to liaison between technical teams and business side teams, gather requirements and translate them into user stories
- Agile Project Management Tools and methodologies - (Agile, SDLC, & SCRUM)
- Ability to write Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's)
- Tableau and/or Dremio experience
- Python - prototyping analysis/ development skills
- SQL - Able to read, translate, and re-engineer queries to turn them into tech specs
- JIRA/ Confluence
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong Communication skills
- Self-starter

- Ability to take feedback and open to training
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Systems Consulting business solutions.
- Strategically engage with client personnel.
