PowerApps Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a mid-level PowerApps Developer to support application development

initiatives for a leading banking institution. This role involves designing and building

secure, scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on

process automation and data integration within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom applications using PowerApps (canvas and model-
• driven) to streamline banking operations and internal workflows.
• Automate repetitive processes using Power Automate, integrating with Microsoft
• 365 tools and banking-specific systems.
• Leverage SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dataverse (CDS) to manage and
• connect data sources securely.
• Work closely with compliance, operations, and IT teams to understand business
• requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure that all development complies with the bank s security, compliance, and
• governance standards.
• Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps,
• Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online in a regulated
• environment.
• Experience integrating with SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to the financial
• industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and
• non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a financial services or banking environment.
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure AD and Logic Apps.
• Understanding of data privacy and governance requirements (e.g., SOX, GLBA).
