  • Collaborate with claims adjusters, legal counsel, and operational teams to gather and validate requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools and SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from claims and risk management systems.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reports related to claims frequency, severity, cycle time, and indemnity payments.
  • Identify data-driven insights to predict risk, assess reserve adequacy, and inform underwriting strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all claims-related reporting.

Solution Implementation & Support:

  • Work closely with IT development teams during the design, testing, and deployment of new features or system upgrades.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on new processes and system functionalities.
