We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer with strong .NET (C#) development experience to build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. This hybrid role requires candidates to be local to Dallas, Orlando, Chicago, or NYC, with in-person interviews and onsite work 2–3 days per week. Remote flexibility may be offered after initial onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement cloud-native applications using AWS services.
Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs in .NET (C#).
Build serverless workflows using AWS Step Functions and Lambda.
Integrate messaging systems like SQS and SNS for decoupled architecture.
Monitor and optimize performance using CloudWatch and implement alerting best practices.
Ensure secure, scalable data storage using DynamoDB and S3.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and manage infrastructure via IaC tools.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong experience in .NET (C#); Python is a plus

Unit and integration testing frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect)
Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS)
Familiarity with microservices architecture
