Job Description:
>> Design, validate, and lead end-to-end architecture across HR, Payroll, and Finance transformation programs.
>> Define solution architecture, ensure integration between ECECP and S4HANA.
>> Provide technical and functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
>> Experience in SAP S4HANA Finance, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
>> Knowledge of HR-Payroll processes including master data, time, payroll schemas, pay components, and integration touchpoints.
>> Experience with seamless integration across ECP EC S4HANA Middleware (CPI, BTP, PIPO).
>> Governance over configuration, interfaces, data models, security, and payroll controls.
>> Experience in payroll parallel testing, data migration, audit readiness, and cutover strategy.
>> Collaboration with integration, Basis, security, and finance teams to ensure compliant operations.
