Job Details
IT Applications Programmers-Workday Student Technical Analyst (Levels II, III & IV) 2-5+ years of experience (Full time DAYs with benefits), 4 days per week onsite in Edison, New Jersey (Monday-Thursday).
Overview:
Join a collaborative team supporting the Workday Student platform for the School of Medicine and School of Nursing. You'll help configure, maintain, and optimize systems that manage the full student lifecycle, from admissions to graduation.
Level II Junior Analyst (2+ years of experience):
- Supports configuration and maintenance of Workday Student modules.
- Assists with data integrations and basic report development.Collaborates with functional users (Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid).
- Learns and applies programming skills under guidance.
- Documents processes and participates in testing.
Level III Mid-Level Analyst (3 4 years of experience):
- Independently configures and supports Workday Student features
- Develops reports and integrations with moderate complexity.
- Troubleshoots issues and recommends improvements.
- Collaborates across departments and mentors junior staff.
- Contributes to documentation and implementation planning.
Level IV Senior Analyst (5+ years experience):
- Leads technical design and advanced configuration of Workday Student.
- Oversees integrations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Mentors team members and validates their work.
- Recommends strategic solutions to complex problems.
- Drives process improvements and policy updates.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Strong programming and integration experience
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Healthcare or academic experience a plus
- Epic or equivalent certifications preferred
In this position, you will be working on the Implementation and Support of the WorkDay Student system.
Experience with Workday, ETL processing, and Third-party integrations with ERP is strongly preferred.
This position is mostly an onsite position - 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) in the Edison, NJ office.

Level II: $82,513.60 annually
Level III: $95,555.20 annually
Level IV: $131,144.00 annually
