About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technologist to architect and implement enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on the platform. You will evolve RAG-based systems into intelligent Agentic AI architectures, designing scalable, serverless solutions leveraging AWS native services.

This is a high-impact architecture role where you ll shape technical standards, drive design sessions, and mentor engineering teams on cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement the evolution from RAG-based systems to Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock Agents

• Design and build serverless architectures leveraging Lambda, API Gateway, and Fargate for scalable AI workloads

• Lead architecture design sessions to define standards, patterns, and guidelines for agent-based systems

• Develop Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK and CloudFormation for automated deployments

• Translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions

• Mentor engineering teams on Bedrock Agents, serverless patterns, and best practices

• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards for AI systems

• Prototype and evaluate emerging Bedrock capabilities to enhance architectures

Required Skills & Technologies

• Hands-on experience with Bedrock Agents including action groups, knowledge bases, and orchestration patterns

• Strong expertise in RAG architectures with proven extension to agentic workflows

• Proficiency in AWS Lambda (Python), event-driven systems, and API Gateway (REST/WebSocket)

• Experience with AWS Fargate for containerized workloads

• Expertise in AWS CDK (TypeScript/Python) and CloudFormation

• Strong knowledge of vector databases and semantic search integrations with Bedrock

• Familiarity with SQL (RDS, Aurora) and NoSQL (DynamoDB)

• Understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and agent reasoning patterns

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines for serverless and container deployments

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions

• Proven track record architecting and deploying serverless applications on AWS

• Demonstrated expertise in building RAG systems and evolving to agent-based architectures

• Production experience with Bedrock Agents
