Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- 5+ years of experience with CPQ, CLM (Conga or similar systems).
- Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce CPQ Cloud. Certification in Salesforce CPQ is highly preferred.
- Analyze and optimize business processes for automation and efficiency.
- Design Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Develop user stories, workflows, data mappings, and use cases.
- Ensure data quality and consistency within Salesforce.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
