Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our PMO team with dual focus on operational reporting excellence and project execution.
This role combines analytical expertise for business reporting with hands-on project management capabilities to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive follow-up action items and coordinate input from cross-functional teams
Facilitate successful transition of RSC to new tools and processes
Prepare reports for various business reviews (MBR, QBR, Program Health Reviews) and drive follow up actions
Manage program budgets and headcount tracking using analytical tools
Execute PMO projects to drive standardization and excellence initiatives (on-boarding plans, Monthly Program Prioritization, voice of the customer Program, others)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in relevant field
Previous Program Manager experience
Executive Reporting Experience
Data Analysis Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be preferred that candidates have previous Supply Chain experience, but not needed
