Description
* Design, configure, and maintain applications and solutions.
* Develop advanced workflows, data-driven events, calculated fields, and custom objects.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
* Customize and extend through APIs, scripting languages, and integrations with third-party systems.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.
* Perform platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
* Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications
* 3 years of experience working with similar platforms.
* Proficiency in configuring use cases, access control, and data structure design.
* Strong knowledge of workflows, calculated fields, and dashboards.
* Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
* Familiarity with scripting languages, markup languages, and databases for custom development and integrations.
* Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
