Job Description:

Job Title: Icertis Contract Management Production Support & Development (L1, L2, L3).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to join our team as a Production Support and Development Engineer for Icertis Contract Management (ICM). This role involves providing end-to-end support across L1, L2, and L3 levels, along with hands-on development and configuration within the ICM platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and must hold all three Icertis certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

L1 Support:

  • Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents.
  • Provide first-line support for user queries and basic troubleshooting.
  • Log and categorize incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.

L2 Support:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of issues and provide resolution or workaround.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand and resolve functional issues.
  • Manage configuration changes and minor enhancements.
  • Coordinate with Icertis support for platform-level issues.

L3 Support & Development:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions and integrations within the ICM platform.
  • Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and reports.
  • Participate in release management, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have the following Icertis certifications:

  • ICI Practitioner
  • ICI Administrator
  • ICI Technical Professional
  • Hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes.
  • Experience with ICM configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ICM Studio, ICM APIs, and ICM Data Migration tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure, SQL, and REST APIs is a plus.
  • Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, or SQL server is a plus.
