Job Details

Our client, a leading Consumer Packaged Goods company, is looking for an Organizational Strategy Senior Consultant. This is for an initial duration of 8 months and is a remote position.

Job Type: Contract (Candidates must be able to work on W2 without VISA sponsorship)

Position can be 100% remote; however, candidates MUST be comfortable traveling onsite to Chicago as needed for business-critical meetings.

Requirement:

  • Seeking someone who can work in a highly matrixed organization/environment.
  • Candidates should be familiar with modern advertising, change management, and selling of products/CPG experience.
  • Seeking someone who has a combination of strategic thinking, influencing stakeholders within the organization, and helping to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Influence the organization in a way that balances market share, top-line growth, profitability, and balance sheet efficiency to create long-term shareholder value
  • Identify relevant issues, clarify strategic choices, and bring a point of view to the table that influences the direction of the organization
  • Proactively bring forward insights and ideas
  • Drive and lead things that matter across the business
  • Take accountability to deliver results that have a meaningful impact on the success
  • Provide a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to drive insights and recommendations
  • Facilitate processes, and process improvements leveraging LEAN/Continuous Improvement techniques, to increase efficiency within the sector.
  • Also, enhance the position by thoroughly reviewing all the various activities performed in order to improve the quality and productivity of services provided.
  • Personally demonstrate leadership behaviors (build trust, make decisions, win consistently, think customer, continuously improve, build talent).
