About the team: At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) advertising team plays a crucial role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving effective ad campaigns, and promoting best-in-class ad solutions. As the TikTok community continues to grow at an unprecedented rate worldwide, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are transforming the advertising industry in real time. About the role: This position sits within Global Business Solutions-North America. It focuses on supporting the goals of our sales team as they work with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners to build successful client experiences. The candidate will work on a wide variety of data projects in support of Product and Client Solutions teams, handling sales data and ad product data to inform strategy. At the core of their role, they will analyze and understand data from a variety of sources, and will develop reporting summaries that provide useful, actionable insights to their sales counterparts. This position will report to the Data Solutions Director. TikTok currently observes a hybrid working policy of 3 days in the office each week and 2 days working remotely. This position is full-time and based out of our New York City, NY office. Responsibilities: - Specializing in internal data tools for pipelining, SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization. Build, QA, and troubleshoot live data feeds and reports - Report on revenue, ad product performance, campaign KPIs, best practices for sales efforts, and goal attainment for a variety of stakeholders in the GBS org - Use data to identify insights and help the sales team find areas of opportunity, tailored to their specific needs - Work with cross-functional partners in sales, product, engineering, operations, and marketing strategy roles to collaborate on tool development - Improve and automate current recurring and ad-hoc reports where necessary - Create meaningful dashboards for the sales team and upper management

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in data, reporting, and analytical problem-solving - 3+ years of hands-on experience using SQL, working knowledge of SQL database functions - 3+ years using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker - Experience reporting to or presenting data findings to clients or non-technical leadership - Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems with product and engineering teams - Strong oral and written communication skills - Effective at project management and time management Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with TikTok's ad products, ad server platform, and ecosystem. - Experience driving complex initiatives with a focus on product adoption and revenue enablement. - Proven ability to map stakeholders and shape joint initiatives.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $177778 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
