Job Details

Position: Workday Technical (HRMS)

Location: Remote (Part time 20 to 30 hours/week)

Experience: 7+ Years

Need to support - PST time zone

Visa: No OPT & CPT

NOTE: No JNTU, Andhra, and Osmania university profiles

Must Have:

  • Advance Compensation, compensation, Time management and absences.
  • Calculated fields and web services.

Required Skills:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Consultant (HRMS) with strong expertise in Compensation, Time Management, Absences, Calculated Fields, and Web Services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to design, develop, and support Workday solutions that optimize HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build things from Scratch, integration using all methodologies, Studio integration, Complex reporting, Data initialization and API, Individual contributor
    requirement gathering to development, integration (all phase)
    workday studio
    complex studio integration they build
    authentication mechanism
    third party integration with EIB
    complex reporting, advance reports, matric reports
    comfortable in head count management in various staffing process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Workday Technical experience with proven hands-on expertise.
  • Strong experience in Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
  • Proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and custom integrations.
  • Advanced SQL skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
