Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, including experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and triggers.
- Skills: Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Mulesoft, Data Cloud, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, AWS, Python, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools. Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and Auto RABIT.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven project leadership skills, including the ability to manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver projects successfully.
