core responsibilities
Develop and manage quality assurance (QA) test strategies for technology projects, including the project background, architecture diagrams, cross-functional dependencies, scope, E2E/Integration test RACI, test data, test schedule, defect workflow & SLA, entry and exit criteria, sign off process and team matrix. Act as the QA spokesperson on large initiative projects with cross functional teams. Present test strategy to key stakeholders and third-party integration teams. Review the work of junior QA engineers across funnels and cross functional teams to deliver the Test Strategy. Represent the QA team at Agile ceremonies' team demonstrations, retros and sprint planning meetings. Communicate with stakeholders when sprint status deviates due to roadblocks, defects and call-outs and send status reports/Sprint closure report during the Sprint. Contribute to sprint/project planning by ensuring QA capacity is utilized according to the business/technology priorities. Facilitate preparation and feedback on projects by providing details of successes, areas of improvement, lessons learnt, and best practices implemented. Work with Product Managers, Owners and Sr. Developers/ Technology Leads on understanding requirements associated with a particular strategic initiative or EPIC. Capture, track and coordinate dependencies in advance of sprints by ensuring test data and environments are ready for the scope of validations. Set up meetings with third parties to ensure the work is progressing to meet EPIC or QA Test timelines. Facilitate defect/bug triage with cross teams when blockers are open and escalated. Ensure entry, exit criteria, defect prioritization and SLAs with third party teams are aligned and met. Drive continual process improvements to ensure quality is adhered during testing and validation processes. Ensure funnel and cross funnel specific quarterly planning activities are managed, estimated and finalized during the quarterly planning cycle.
Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day/week.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a Quality Assurance Lead role.
Of the required experience must have 5 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):

Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$178,500.00 - $198,500.00annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. - Working with quality tools including HP Quality Center, HP ALM, Silk Central or test Rail;
- Enterprise platforms including Manhattan OMS;
- Integration platforms including MuleSoft, Apigee, or Microservices;
- 3rd party integrations to digital ecosystems like Adyen, or Cyber Source;
- Using JIRA for project management and defect tracking;
- Automation test scripting and execution in SeeTest; and
- Software testing practices including developing, implementing, maintaining and managing manual/automated testing systems and environments.
