A leading financial services company in the McLean, VA area is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant. This role involves designing and optimizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Open to Remote, with preference for candidates near McLean or Winchester, VA for a hybrid schedule, reporting onsite 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
The ServiceNow HRSD Consultant will be responsible for:
- Participating in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, and Operational support.
- Designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions to enhance HR processes and user experience.
- Developing and deploying ServiceNow HRSD solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules.
- Creating reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights into HR services and business processes.
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, specifically with HR case management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and integration with enterprise systems.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow AI platform tools.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
