Job Details
Qualifications Needed
- 5 to 10 years of applicable experience
- Background in process design
- Process Mapping & Modeling: Proficiency in using various methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0, Visio, Signavio) to visually represent current and future state processes.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Ability to analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and areas for optimization using techniques like value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and gap analysis.
- Workflow Design & Optimization: Experience in designing new workflows or redesigning existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and improve user experience.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure process performance, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Performance Measurement & KPIs: Experience in defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification.

- Knowledge in process design within the electric utility industry.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations, best practices, and trends.
