Job Description:

  • Establish a connection between technical and business teams, involving necessary groups during migration activities
  • Provide continuous support to multiple technical teams and assist during site migration activities
  • Identify the Changes for the Migration and Co-ordinate throughout the migration.
  • Send regular updates and communications to leadership and stakeholders for qualified migrations
  • Involve site contacts and support groups during the testing and validation phase after migration
  • Adhere to the Hypercare schedule to provide support after the change window
  • Communicate with resolver groups and application owners about critical changes and migrations to ensure awareness
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams for engagement
  • Monitor changes after migrations and engage support teams to address any issues through the incident management process.
