Job Details

  • Own and manage the governance and change-management processes for key organizational platforms.
  • Maintain platform consistency, compliance, and integrity across all users.
  • Oversee the central operational issue tracker related to compliance and data integrity, ensuring all issues are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Conduct routine data and process audits to validate ADOM data accuracy and enforce policy adherence.
  • Manage and update critical internal communication materials on a regular basis to support weekly briefings and stakeholder sessions.
  • Proactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks.
  • Recommend and support automation, tooling improvements, and process optimization opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Strong BA skills (Requirement facilitation/Conduct workshops/Run UAT sessions/Ability to understand & articulate the high level technical design/Manage offshore team).
  • UI/UX design experience in Figma.
  • Experience conducting surveys with clients.
