Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong Scrum Master to join a high-level PMO. The ideal candidate is able to work hybrid in Columbia, SC and seeking an Agile team to grow within as the team works to improve Agile Scrum concepts.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading scrum ceremonies as well as facilitating goals and product success to support large-scale system integrations and migrations.
Duties:
- Works closely with Product Owners and BAs to establish acceptance criteria for all user stories, ensuring that all user stories are expresses in terms that are valuable to the customer, and ensures that the backlog is prioritized, estimated, scheduled, and business value is captured.
- Develops Business Cases and SOW or Product Roadmaps to support the business refine the product life cycle
- Leads the Scrum Team in communication efforts related to the team s priorities, product roadmap, sprint planning, daily planning, retrospectives, and product owner interactions.
- Engages vendors and manages solution evaluation and selection including RFI, RFP, and published comparative third party evaluations.
- Monitors key metrics and feedback to lead, drive, influence, and mold the team into a high performing and responsive unit that produces high quality output.
Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Scrum Master
- Background in both Agile and Waterfall Project Management
- Enterprise PMO experience
