SALESFORCE architect

• Lead end-to-end architectural design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on seamless integration with CPQ systems.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable architecture designs.
• Develop and maintain application roadmaps, standards, and delivery guidelines, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct strategic planning sessions and architecture reviews to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet enterprise-level client needs and align with business objectives.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce and CPQ integration strategies, including recommending best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement complex data models, ensuring data integrity and scalability through regular architecture reviews and optimization of Salesforce-CPQ data interactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with client sponsors and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, address questions, and serve as a trusted advisor for engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Program delivery experience in Salesforce CRM as Enterprise and Solutions Architect as well managed application roadmaps, standards and delivery guidelines.
• Supported customers across industries through strategic planning, led architecture and design reviews of Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients by ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and make recommendations for improvements.
