Position: Compliance/Hardware Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA - Onsite

Job Description: Requirements:
- Lead rapid root cause investigations for failures from product testing, manufacturing, and field operations.
- Diagnose failures at component and system levels; develop and execute detailed failure analysis plans.
- Write clear, concise, and actionable failure analysis reports for cross-functional teams.
- Communicate results and recommendations to engineering, manufacturing, and leadership.
- Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering with hardware design experience
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
- Experience with Cadence, Allegro or similar PCB layout tools
- Proficient in hand soldering small surface mount and thru-hole components (microscope use as needed)
- Experience with electronics troubleshooting, repair, and testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable power supplies, and electronic loads
- Python or other automation testing language experience
