Our client, a real estate technology company in Miami, FL, is in need of an IT Financial Analyst for a three-month contract-to-hire position. Working in a hybrid model, three days/week onsite, the Analyst will be responsible for validating the accuracy of expenses processed through internal teams, including expense allocations to corporate and divisions. This role will work with other team members in providing financial analysis and reporting. Additionally, the Analyst is responsible for analyzing expenses on incoming invoices to determine if the charges are in line with the services provided and apply the correct assignment of cost codes and general ledger account.

- 3 years' experience with invoice payment processes, disputes and reconciliations, or similar financial work
- Must have knowledge of AP/AR functions
- Must have financial data analytical skills and experience in preparing high level reports from raw data
- Must have knowledge of AP/AR functions
- Intermediate Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
- Ability to multitask, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, or similar, is a must
- Local to Miami, FL
